RSA SecurID authentication: The passcode is the unique set of numbers displayed in the RSA token/software. Some users are required to create a PIN to be used with the numbers displayed in the RSA token/software. If you use a PIN, enter your PIN followed by the numbers displayed in the RSA token/software. For example, if your PIN is “1234” and the numbers displayed in the RSA token/software are “111222”, the passcode would be “1234111222”. If you do not use a PIN to log in, simply enter the numbers displayed in the RSA token/software in this field.

If you’ve been unsuccessful in logging in, allow the RSA token/software to cycle through a few values before logging in again. If this suggestion doesn’t resolve your issue, contact the Deloitte helpdesk.
